Diabetes is a disease in which your blood glucose, or blood sugar, levels are too high Insulin is a hormone that helps the glucose get into your cells to give them energy.
There are two types of diabetes.1st type:  your body does not make insulin, 2nd type your body does not make or use insulin well. 
Symptoms of diabetes include
  • increased thirst and urination
  • increased hunger
  • fatigue
  • blurred vision
  • numbness or tingling in the feet or hands
  • sores that do not heal
  • unexplained weight loss
.Type 1 diabetes occurs when your immune system, the body’s system for fighting infection, attacks and destroys the insulin-producing beta cells of the pancreas. Scientists think type 1 diabetes is caused by genes and environmental factors, such as viruses, that might trigger the disease.
Type 2 diabetes—the most common form of diabetes—is caused by several factors, including lifestyle ,factors and genes,
Diabetes can affect almost every part of your body. Therefore, you will need to manage your blood glucose levels, also called blood sugar. Managing your blood glucose, as well as your blood pressure and cholesterol, can help prevent the health problems that can occur when you have diabetes.
You can manage your diabetes and live a long and healthy life by taking care of yourself each day.
